THE JOY OF KIDS FINDING THEIR WAY

A few years ago, I was lamenting the fact that our son was disinterested in everything, spending his days lying on the couch.  He had suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome and like many lads his age, seemed to be unable to get motivated.

Lo and behold, one day he woke up and went and got a job.  This led to an apprenticeship in landscape gardening and paving.  He finished that last year.  He has a work ethic second to none.

Today he bought a truck and a Kanga thingamy (I think it bores holes in the ground) as a precursor to finalising a contract to be a franchise holder with Jim’s Paving.

Rod and I are incredibly proud of his work and his achievements.  He’s working really hard and we love him to bits.  Well done Tom!
